Aberlady Bowling Club
Formed in 1888, the club's successes include the Scottish and British pairs titles as well as the Scottish triples. Players of all levels including beginners are made very welcome. Youngsters are also encouraged - there is a thriving youth section.

Badminton Club
Badminton at Aberlady is a very social affair, there are no competitions or cups to be won, just a group of keen individuals of varying abilities who get together on a weekly basis for some fun and exercise. Oh, and occasionally a refreshment at the local hostelry. Whatever your ability you will be made very welcome.

Curling Club
Founded in 1860, Aberlady Curling Club used to play on a curling pond within Gosford Estate. Nowadays All matches are played at Murrayfield Ice Rink, in Edinburgh. New members always welcome.

Aberlady Football Club
In the 1950/60s Aberlady had a very good football team, Aberlady Rovers. The village's connection with the sport is today being carried on by Chris Stirling who runs Aberlady Football Team which is for children in P1-P3.

He runs the team with Phil Notley and other fathers, on Saturday mornings, 8am-9.15am - at the local football pitch. If you have children who would like to take part go along to the pitch any Saturday morning.

Children

Baby & Toddlers Group
Mum?, Dad?, Grandparent?, anyone - looking after a child? Then Aberlady Baby & Toddlers group is for you.

Leave boredom behind, make new friends, chat and share your experiences. lots of equipment to suit children of various ages ( pre-school ).

Wednesday mornings from 9:30 until 11:30.

Rainbows & Brownies
The Rainbows is for girls aged 5-7 years. While the Brownies caters for older girls aged 7-10 years. both meet on Thursday evenings.

Pensioners Club
The Pensioners Club meet on a monthly basis, in The Stables, just down from the Church. It is an eclectic group of people who enjoy life. As well as their many activities, there is also an annual outing. New members are always welcome

Friendly Club
As the name suggests a warm welcome awaits newcomers to this group who meet in The Stables, on Friday afternoons every fortnight, at 2.pm. Like the Pensioners Club above they do not meet during the Summer months.

Craft Club
This group meets in the small hall of the Community Hall, every Wednesday between 10am-12. It costs only £1, which includes tea and biscuits. Whatever your skill level come along and have some 'crafty' fun.
